All the wheels of the non-motor transfer cart are connected by steel bars, so all the wheels could be involved in the turning. After the analysis of the steering mechanism and the kinematics of the moving, we build a model and optimize the mechanism to make the turning possible in small space. Considering the applicability, we install additional tow bar to make it possible towed on both sides, on the same time it is also available for several trolleys to move together, which will save a lot of time for the transportation during the warehouses.
It is generally necessary to determine the following:

2. The bearing area, the bearing width and length of flat trailer;

Application Site
The non-motor transfer cart is towed by other machine such as tractor, locomotive and forklift, which have been widely applied in the cargo transportation in the airport, sea port, warehouse, train station. In order to keep stable and flexible during the turning in small space, we have optimized the steering mechanism, wheel press and frame rigidity to make it available for linkage of several trolleys. The trolley has been highly approved by our customers.
- The non-motor transfer cart body is packed with tarp, the Straddle Carrier wheel and parts will be packed with wooden case.
- For lenght is less than 5.9m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by FR container(20 or 40 ft). If the Straddle Carrier is beyond above dimension, It needs to be transported by BB container.Determine the size & material of the box according to the shape & number of products.
